- First Name: TJ

- Your Country / Time zone: USA-East

- Age: 20

- Do you have Ventrilo and working microphone? Yes

- Are you able to handle mature (or immature) content on Ventrilo and in guild chat? I actually enjoy immature content in Ventrilo =D

- Do you have the capacity to clearly communicate, yet have a knowledge of when it's appropriate to keep comments to yourself? You mean it's not good to talk about what I had for dinner during the bite assignments on heroic blood queen?

- Are you presently employed or a student. Will it interfere with your ability to raid? Will you be able to attend 99% of our raids? Do you have any other Real Life obligations which might prevent you from attending 99% of our raids? Currently neither sadly avidly looking for a job but I should and would beable to make 99%+ of the raids, other than a girlfriend there are no other real life obligations in regards to missing raids and the g/f doesn't tend to be a problem

- Do you have any PC or disconnect issues we should know about? Not at all 1500 dollars well spent

- Are you able to handle harsh criticism? You can, and will, be subjected to harsh criticism and you will be called out when you do not perform. I would expect this of any guild that took raiding seriously I take and accept all criticisms that are complimentary to bettering my play and playstyle

- Class / Character Name: Rollinhawts

- Race: Tauren

- Professions: Alchemy + Jewelcrafting

- Do your professions increase your performance in raids? Explain your choices I decided to go with JC replacing my herbalism and I haven't been able to bring myself to drop alchemy the flask bonuses are amazing and the ability to have the Flask of the North for farm content and make my own potions I feel it is one of the most useful PvE professions in the game

- Total time played (/played) and Time played at 80 132 days///52 days

-Is this your first main character? If not what did you used to play? When did you start playing WoW?
Please provide detailed information about time spent on all your previous characters. Tell us as much as you can, the more the better. I have played just about every single class in a high end PvE environment, classes including: Druid (Resto/Feral/Boomkin), Priest (Shadow/Holy/Disc), Rogue, Mage, Paladin (Holy/Ret) , Shaman (Ele/Resto/Enh), DK. I have participated in every server first kill of every boss on any server I have been on and strive to be the best at any class I play, I'll go into a little more specifics below:

Vanilla:
I started out playing my rogue in the guilds Heavy Hitters and Infinity on the server Bloodscalp playing that through all vanilla content including clearing all through Naxx 40. Towards the end of vanilla I switched to my shadowpriest and began playing with the guild Aftermath on Lightning's Blade until BC.

BC:
I played several characters through BC due to guilds dying and drama. I started out playing my priest through all server firsts into SSC TK and then my computer took a shit on my I was then guild kicked after a few weeks until I was able to buy my new PC. At that point progression waiting for BT to be released became very repeptetive and the guild as a whole took a little hiatus so I began to play my rogue again on the server Coilfang creating our own guild and leading raids taking the server progression for that server from Karazahn to Black Temple in a couple of weeks. I finished out BC with the guild Oblivion back on Lightning's Blade playing both my resto druid and my shadowpriest scoring a pre-nerf Mu'ru kill and killing Kil'Jaeden. As BC came to a close once again tons of people began to go casual so I decided to make a new start for myself and myself and a few friends transferred to the old home of Exodus on Kel'thuzad.

WotLK:
I originally leveled my rogue and as I leveled joined the guild Force on Kel'thuzad blowing through all the meta's and content available Force quickly died out in the emergence of Ulduar due to key officers quitting the game at the same time and a general lack of interest for the game so I switched to the guild Bad News Bears playing both my mage, rogue, and Feral druid tanking in my time with them clearing through all the hardmodes in Ulduar with them. As we all know there was a huge gap between Ulduar and the filler content of ToC so once again the guild began to stagnate and I decided that it would be in my best interest to find a guild that was more consistent and had a bigger playerbase so the guild would not just die out imbetween content. This landed me in the guild Void on Lightning's Blade which was a reformation of my old guild from BC Oblivion and another newer guild so I found myself playing my priest with them clearing through ToC and scoring the server first insanity a couple weeks late due to some problems with our raid composition. (Having a few less than good players who could not handle healing penetrating colds) I began my clearing of ICC with the guild Void and then had a few friends beg me to come play with them on the server Coilfang again on the horde side. I transferred my druid and began raiding as resto this being about 3 weeks ago now. I started in full PVP gear and have geared up to the point where I am now being 4/12 in the hardmodes for ICC and avidly raiding with two guilds I find myself in a floundering guild on my main and a guild I don't really enjoy being in. I can already feel this guild is going the way so many before it have for me in that people are stopping showing up for raids and not coming to progression content besides loot tuesdays. I am now looking for a guild where I can consistently raid and not have to worry about such things.

Sorry for the length but you said the more the better, I played a few characters imbetween alts double groups for ICC on my mage and whatnot but I decided to only include important parts.

-Main Spec: (x/x/x) (include a link from http://www.wowhead.com if it differs from the spec you presently have on armory). If you have a relevant offspec for raiding, tell us about that as well.

My main spec is 11/0/60 It is pretty much the standard druid healing spec undergeared druids may go for celestial focus to increase their haste by 3% but seeing as I am just short of the haste cap currently I felt I would be better suiting to spec for throughput and see if I could replace the last 1-2 pieces I have that are not up to date.

-Armory Link:[paste your link here] (Be sure to log out with your raiding gear on)

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.x...;cn=Rollinhawts

-What is your current guild? F A L L E N is the guild I currently reside in on my main though my priest is still on Lightning's Blade in the guild Void

- Any special Achievements / Titles / Mounts you have earned in PvE you would like us to know about?
Due to my inability apparently to have one single main character and stay in one place w/o a guild dying I do not have a character with any significant amount of titles my priest has Celestial Defender, and Grand Crusader.

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-achieve...mez&gn=Void

- Link to WWS / WMO logs of recent raid(s) you have attended. I would be more than happy to provide one after the raid tonight my guild doesn't typically post up world of logs reports we run a live one then they tend to disappear after the fact

- Provide a Quick Summary of your "Valuable" Stats (Healing, Attack Power, etc.) as you understand them for your class.
As a druid the most important stat is spellpower followed closely by having the haste cap. My gem choices will be changed asap as I can get the haste cap w/o gemming for it I will be going full spellpower gems. I do know that I am slightly under the haste cap currently but without sacrificing my more important stat in spellpower there was no rational way for me to achieve my haste cap at the moment. I do though have to change a couple of gems such as the sp/spirit gems I currently have in my gear somewhat of an aftersight as the only time a set bonus is worth gemming for is when the spellpower bonus for the socket bonus is in the range of 7 to 9 spellpower.

- Which major glyphs do you currently use? Explain your choices I am currently 2 glyphs that are pretty standard in the Wild Growth glyph and the Swiftmend glyph. My third glyph is typically the Rapid Rejuvenation glyph but for fights such as heroic festergut and lich king I have begun carrying copies of the regular rejuvenation glyph when blanketing the raid with hots is more important than having my hots tick harder and faster

- Do you have dualspec, and is your offspec something you could viably play in raids? I currently on my resto druid do NOT have a dual spec/offspec that is viable for raiding due to me playing the character at this gear level and raiding level for such a short time I have begun to collect a feral tanking/dps set but it to be honest is not full yet but I have plenty of alts and characters that are more than geared enough and raid ready if the need were to exist

- What spec do you prefer? Are you willing to respec if an emergency arises? Are you willing to respec
to the optimal spec for a progression boss? The way I look at it is that whatever spec/glyph/playstyle I need to use is most important and vital to raiding. In that if I had to spec for tranquility being on a shorter cooldown and being more effective at the loss of my personal HPS I would because it would make the content easier. Obviously not a good example but none the less gets my point across

- How do you feel about sitting out for any given encounter if we do not need you? Like stated above if my healing or my character is not optimal for clearing a fight I am more than willing to sit for progression sake as I would hope anyone in a guild would for the betterment of the raid

- Are you willing to spend 400+ gold a night in repairs and consumables, stay focused and wipe for 4 hours straight, come back the next day and do it all over again until a new boss dies (even on "farm" content)? I am more than used to this and ready to do any and all things I am capable of to increase my performance in raids and wipe for extra hours, spend extra time researching a fight, or even providing other people with raiding materials that they may need at the time

- What is your reason for applying? What makes us more appealing that any one of the thousands of other raiding guilds out there? In my research of the guild it seems as if you guys are a cool layed back hardcore raiding guild filled with a valuable playerbase of skill and also have a strong desire to push end game content which appeals to me most

- Who, if anyone, will vouch for your abilities in WWA? I do not currently know anyone in the guild but I can makez friends quick!

- Post a screenshot of your UI.(If you are having trouble, use the free image hosting resources of http://imageshack.us) I do admit this screenshot is fairly dated but shows that I do not keyboard turn and have everything keybound and ready to be used, I do have keys hidden but 98% of anything that is shown on my bars there is bound to one key or another.*My grid is now set up MUCH better and I now use DXE boss mod instead of DBM

- Last words: Show us what sets you apart from the rest of the candidates; what makes you better? What can you bring to WWA? What do you want us to know that wasn’t covered? Let us know why WE want YOU. This is your last chance to impress us, be thorough. Do not answer this question with one sentence. Once again, the more complete the answer, the better. I know seeing my raid history may seem a little eratic but I do feel that I am a great asset to any raid due to my raid awareness, ability to push myself and my character to the limits of what I can do, and my ability to show up to every raid ready to go and with knowledge of what is to come. I also feel I bring to the guild a general understanding of the game alltogether, knowledge of most every class and their mechanics and also an open mind to help develop strats or improve our raid performance

I spent a brief period of time with Aftermath on my warlock, named Sarx at the time, although i'm relatively certain that was after you stopped raiding with them.

Anyway, i'll get back to you with something more concrete on your app later.

mid-BT up until illidan. I left and came back to mag to start my own guild with a few of my friends, <WWA> is the second iteration of that guild. The only priests i actually remember in aftermath were Vashin and some french shadow priest. I'm sure there were others.
