Let me be clear: recruitment is currently open for all classes. We want anyone and everyone with a brain, ability and availability. All three in conjunction are key, one or two of the three will not suffice. Simply remember, as always, a well written, coherent and articulate app that is complete with logs is key.

As of right now we have a very special opening for ONE full time Disc/holy priest. Technically, this falls under the blanket of all classes, so i wouldn't be oppose to more than one should they fit the bill, but we are in definite need of one. As this priest would effectively replace me as a priest in every raid (when i switch over to mistweaver) he or she would need to perform my raid functions including but not limited to: using barrier at non-awful times, Pain suppressing the tank at appropriate times and walking in circles smiting and wishing you were useful beyond your cooldowns on nerfed farm content.

Allow me to reiterate: 100% attendance is a must for this position. This is probably the most important factor (other than skill obviously) as missing a raid when we rely on your cooldown can be crippling.
