If I am having internet issues every one in dc / baltimore area on Fios is having issues,

Well, for a long time JC / BS has been favored by many class' the 81 point benefit from JC gems and extra sockets from BS make for nice stat boost, although with them not doing anything about
about boosting JC due to introduction of epic gems, I am leaning towards leveling Leatherworking

I started on a hunter around level 40 I wasn't sure if I was going to conitinue playing so I decided I'd give a differen't class a try, rolled warrior, still playing 4 years later

5 / 5 / 31 - (protection) widley accepted cookie cutter spec, also make use of a safegaurd spec when needed. I have extensive arms experience in tbc(lolcataclysmedge)
in wotlk I never did any sort of damage spec and so far in cata I have done little damage, but I am much more up to date and capable of doing acceptable damage as fury

Simple Math- We do well. Unfortunatly it's never well enough it takes quiet a while for people to get fights to click for them, we spend hours waiting for people to fail to the same mechanic when
if you take the fight as a whole you can learn from your peer's mistakes instead. An unwillingness to stick to a strat, and switch shortly after everything has clicked for every1 in raid
(as previously mentioned this in itself can take a while to accomplish) also, the server is absolutley dead, and the pvp is horrible (I enjoy Arena very much while not raiding)


Gentlemens Club- I only played in this guild for about 6 months, at the end of WOTLK and the first 2 weeks of Cata and never really seemed to find my role, we had about 5 tanks and were always
Kind of rotating and didn't really enjoy my time their


Fallout- Was Here for a long time, eventually the guild started to break up as people stoped playing towards the end of WOTLK.


- What end game raiding experience do you have? (This includes in vanilla WoW, TBC and WOTLK as well as Cata. be specific.) Be thorough. The more detail the better.

Vanilla - N/a
TBC- got a late start in "competitive" raiding, cleared everything post hyjal attunement removal (everything meaning thats basically when I started)
Hyajl- clear
Black Temple- Up to Illadari pre TBC nerf
Sunwell Plateu- Up to muru

WOTLK- Everything was cleared on hardmode durring relative content patch with the exception of zero light / 50 chest immortal (us top 100ish)

Cata- So far everything relative to release us top 50 (25) 3/8H in current teir





- Any special Achievements / Titles / Mounts you have earned in PvE you would like us to know about?
Nothing special, never really cared about mounts or material in game posesion I just like killing bosses or
owning noobs in pvp

It's pretty simple as a warrior, mitavoidance cap and mastery is really all you need, try to maintain a 1:1.5 dodge / parry ratio so that hold the line stays up as much as possible

- Which major and prime glyphs do you currently use? Explain your choices
Prime- Shield Slam / Revenge / Devastate - Even with revenge being our weekest damage ability, these three are the only choices for prot
Major- Tclap / Shockwave / long Charge - Tclap gives me a larger radius allowing the spreading of rend to be more managable and much less clunky the other two are simply the best choice.
Doesn't Matter- Shout / SHout / VR - longer shouts longer window if i get killing blow

- Do you have dualspec, and is your offspec something you could viably play in raids?
I Normally have my offspec as arms (pvp) but can always have a 2nd vaible pve spec ready b4 raid


- What spec do you prefer? Are you willing to respec if an emergency arises? Are you willing to respec to the optimal spec for a progression boss?
I prefer my Main Spec, always willing to respec

- How do you feel about sitting out for any given encounter if we do not need you? It will happen.
It can suck, especially if the fight is taking a long time to kill (potentially days) But, like you stated above, it will happen. Deal w/ it


- Are you willing to spend 400+ gold a night in repairs and consumables, stay focused and wipe for 4 hours straight, come back the next day and do it all over again until a new boss dies (even on "farm" content)?
Do you guys allow gambling durring progression? The past 3 guilds I've been in we raid for up to 6 hours at a time... 4 hours is cake walk

- What is your reason for applying? What makes us more appealing that any one of the thousands of other raiding guilds out there?
You guys have seemed to need a protection warrior for a while, hopefully looking to fulfill that role and stop you're turnover rate

I always like to think of myself as a master of my class (not like a real life wizzard master or anything) Having played this class as my main comitted and not changing around mains 4 times every other tier
I strive to continue to learn, every tier I get better, every arena match I try to find better ways to do things. I want to be a productive member in the guild as well be succesful in whatever aspect of the game
I'm trying to achieve. In short if you want someone who is confident yet humble, that's me.

As if the 27th I have not been actively progressing. My discontent for SM had led me to just all but stop playing, however in the 3 week hiatus I have decided that it wasn't the game that I wanted to quit, only the guild I was in, this was originally submitted as a private app, but in light of my current situation I see no need in it being private.
