Yes, Inscription provides a solid shoulder enchant '75 Spell Power 15 Critical Strike Rating' which is better then the shoulder enchant from Sons of Hodir. As for JC I use it for the increased stats on 3 gems that provide higher spell power.

No, my first main was a hunter on the server Dalaran. Ive been playing WoW since release. I spent alot of time on my hunter, reached Rank 12 in old school pvp 'lieutenant commander'

I do have an offspec, Its currently Resto and I can play it just as good as elemental.

-What is your current guild? I am currently guildless.

-What were the last 3 guilds you were in? What are the reasons for leaving your last and current guild? Tell us about your time in each and how active you were in each. <Voltage> Khadgar / <GSOB> Magtheridon / <Impact> Magtheridon. I was with <Voltage> for all of BC and most of WOTLK leading up to ICC25. I left them because as stuff got alittle hard in ICC many of the members just wouldnt show up on progression nights and would just wait until the next week for farm content and provide no real value to the guilds progression. This continued for a few months until I got tired of it and decided to come to Magtheridon to join a few friends in <GSOB>. <GSOB> Was just unorganized in many many ways along with the corrupted officer core just handing out loot to one another without a real loot system. <Impact> was a guild of friends that transfered to Magtheridon to play with me and some other guys casually and just mess around until Cata.

- What end game raiding experience do you have? (This includes in vanilla WoW, TBC and WOTLK. be specific.) Be thorough. The more detail the better. I have alot of raid experience, Ive cleared everything from MC to ICC25 excluding HM LK25 and HM Halion25. Obtained Ragnaros Realm first / Nefarian Realm First / KT Naxx Realm First / and even C'thun realm First. TBC is when I switched mains to my Shaman. I raided with <Doom> on Dalaran and knocked down more Realm First such as Karazhan - Nightbane / Illidan / Vashj / Tempest Keep. When <Doom> fell apart I decided to transfer to Khadgar and join <Voltage> for WOTLK. In Voltage I obtained Realm first Naxx25/Maly25/Sarth25 3 drakes.

- Any special Achievements / Titles / Mounts you have earned in PvE you would like us to know about?
As stated in the previous question I have earned some special achievements such as Realm First, I even got Realm First Level 80 Troll/Shaman on Khadgar.

- Link to WWS / WMO logs of recent raid(s) you have attended. The only logs I could have got have expired since my time in <GSOB> and I havent really raided since 4.0

- Provide a Quick Summary of your "Valuable" Stats (Healing, Attack Power, etc.) as you understand them for your class.

I generally gear/gem Spell Power > Haste > Critical Rating I mostly just gem pure Spell Power unless the socket is Yellow. In that case id go with a SP/Haste gem.

- Which major glyphs do you currently use? Explain your choices. Glyph of Healing Stream Totem / Thunder / Lightning shield. I use the Healing Steam Totem for the raid utility when its necessary, Thunder for the mana upkeep on those long fights, and Lightning shield to spare myself of wasting a GCD to reaply the affect. Also my Prime glyphs consist of Glyph of Lightning Bolt / Lava Burst / Flame Tongue Weapon. For my resto offspec I use Glyph of Earth Sheild / Water Shield / Riptide as my Prime. Major I use Glyph of Hex / Chain Heal / Healing Stream Totem.

- Do you have dualspec, and is your offspec something you could viably play in raids? Yes / Yes

- What spec do you prefer? Are you willing to respec if an emergency arises? Are you willing to respec to the optimal spec for a progression boss? Id prefer to play Elemental. If respecing is what the guild needs I will be more then willing to change up and help out.

- How do you feel about sitting out for any given encounter if we do not need you? Whatever it takes to progress as a guild. I dont mind at all.

- Are you willing to spend 400+ gold a night in repairs and consumables, stay focused and wipe for 4 hours straight, come back the next day and do it all over again until a new boss dies (even on "farm" content)? Yes.

- What is your reason for applying? What makes us more appealing that any one of the thousands of other raiding guilds out there?

Ive seen and heard alot about WWA since I transfered to Magtheridon, alot of realm first etc etc and how cocky alot of the members were but I think if you're the best why not show it and be proud of it? And thats the type of environment I want to be apart of just the get it done type of attitude.

- Who, if anyone, will vouch for your abilities in WWA? I raided with Shizuoh in <GSOB> He can definitely vouch for me.

Well just let me say I consider myself to be an exceptional player 'No Ego intended' I am constantly theory crafting/asking questions to try and improve my game play. The level of skill WWA is looking for is right here I can promise you. I will show up to every raid 110% and ready to down some shit with a positive attitude. If you're looking for a shaman look no further.

Upon cursory glance, nothing seems horribly out of the ordinary. Assumedly, the meta is post-Chaotic Skyflare change. Couldn't you reforge more away from hit?

Are you particularly attached to Inscription in case Engineering or some other profession becomes a clear favorite for DPS casters?

Without parses, it's difficult to say much, so that's as far as I can take this.

I apologize for the Meta, It was fixed yesterday night. As far as Inscription goes I am not attached to it in anyway. If Engineering becomes efficient enough for raiding I would level it asap.

Change your healing stream glyph to chain lightning, lot more helpful on fights with adds(saurfang, LK, dreamwalker. putricide).

Change the flametongue glyph to flameshock. That 2% crit is menial and the 20% added duration on FS will allow you more time moving and what not without the debuff falling off.

Get the helm, should and leg enchants that give spirit. Spirit gives ele shamans hit now, which frees up room on your gear for reforging.

At first glance the app actually looks quit solid: you have your shit keybound AND have decent gear.

The only one of those fights where it might prove useful on is LK, but even then you're only gaining 1 very reduced bounce while sacrificing 10% of the initial damage. Though the glyph would be good for trash, so it's not a big deal either way.

Given current fight lengths and ele's ability to almost endlessly refresh FS, the glyph loses a lot of its value. I'd probably stick with FT glyph here.
