So no, there isnt anything going on that will ruin my attendance.
- Do you have any PC or disconnect issues we should know about? Not at all.
- Are you able to handle harsh criticism? You can, and will, be subjected to harsh criticism and you will be called out when you do not perform. Not a problem for me, there are two ways I take criticism I either call out my criticizer, and I will break down the fight to the smallest detail, to either prove them wrong or to see where I messed up. Or what I prefer do is just say Okay. Are we ready to pull?

- Do your professions increase your performance in raids? Explain your choices Yes they do. EJ claims that JC is the best profession for holy paladins that being because of the improved stats on the JC gems in my case the extra 27+ intel x3 in my gems. Alch is considered the 3rd best for healadins, the increased stats from the flasks you use in raids is a lovely increase, for me it would be the 80 extra intel. Ontop of that Alchs are very needed in raids for the cauldrons they can make, and since they only need 1 flask every 4hrs (assuming you have the guild lvl22 perk.) it allows other non alchs to have a spare flask in their bags. I know LW is better then Alch atm but Alch just seems more stable in the long run (i have been alch since I first made my paladin) Where as other professions seem to either get buffed or nerfed with every expansion. I would prefer to keep the more reliable professions.

Tell us as much as you can, the more the better. This isnt my first toon ever. But this is the first toon that I started real progression on. I first started playin WoW on August of 2005.
-NE Hunter (Trial account) So ya played til lvl 20 and got my real account and made another toon
- NE Warrior - At this point I really wasnt concerned with WoW it was just a game that I could play with my brother while he lived in California and joined the military. I dont even think I knew what raiding was at the time. I played my warrior til BC
- Draenei Shaman - This was the first toon I ever raided with, I was resto and I still didnt really take raiding seriously but I was getting a interest in it. I did kara like every week. I did Gruuls once and Vashj once on this toon. Then I said screw the alliance and deleted the shaman.
- Blood Elf Paladin - This toon is how I became addicted to WoW, I started my paladin around the same time patch 2.1 came out and still playing him to this day. I love holy no matter how gimp it was, how OP it has become and how gimped or OP it will get, I always plan to play as holy. My first raid on my healadin was Hyjal running in there with the Dungeon set and any crafted items I could get. Finished BC dipping into Sun Well ( no progression though) with BT on down on farm status.
-Main Spec: (x/x/x) (include a link from http://www.wowhead.com if it differs from the spec you presently have on armory). If you have a relevant offspec for raiding, tell us about that as well. First spec Holy 31/3/7 This is what I like to consider a more advanced spec for holy paladins you lose Eternal Glory Talent which just gives you a chance to use Holy Power Spells twice in a row in exchange for the max run speed increase paladins can get and a chance to generate a holy power when stun feared etc. That means that Im out fire faster and I get stacked up sooner but more importantly it also means I can get back to healing alot quicker. Alot can happen in half GCD and if that half of a GCD is wasted because you cant run faster, well GG. Ontop of that it allows me to put a more useful enchant on my boots like haste or spirit. Also this spec allows me to have a 35yrd judgement instead of a 40yrd which in my eyes is better, Why be at 40 yrds away when all your Freedoms Sacs and BoPs are 30yrd range? That is just an extra 10 yrd I have to run in for. I would have spec into not having the extra 5yrds on my judgement but 50%hit based off my spirit from the the Talent Enlightened Judgements comes in handy if I ever need to interrupt and yes I have helped interrupting before. This spec is better for healing fights where there is consistent raid damage like Heroic Magmaw or Defense System, running out of all the pillars, fire, toxic clouds, and adds, and having to heal multiple people at one time.
Second Spec Holy 33/5/3 this is your more common spec for holy paladins the one EJ recommended but I only use spec when fights are more stationary, and the healing is more Single Target big damage Like Heroic Maloriak where one person practically gets one shotted (except for red vial) or Heroic Chimeron for fued tank healing and I am the stacking point.

-What were the last 3 guilds you were in? What are the reasons for leaving your last and current guild? Tell us about your time in each and how active you were in each. -Simplicity - Core Raider - Got Heroic Lich King with them. I am their main holy paladin now. I was one of their first lvl 85 in the guild and of course I was one of their first raiders to raid in cata with them. I dont know if you have heard but our healing officer and one of our top dps, a certain mage, left the guild, And at this point we are losing more raiders faster then we are filling up the spots. And, any original raiders we have are just arguing and pointing fingers at others in the middle of raiding, mostly at the healers on account we dont have an officer to defend us in O chat and raid chat. We have a completely new roster of people now, and they arent even 12/12 normal so basically we have to reprogress all over again, Ya, no thank you. Only 3 of our original healers that were in the guild when we first started raidin cata remain, one of them happens to be a good friend of mine but he is stopping raiding to play pro baseball. There really isnt a reason for me to stay here anymore, I pay 15 bucks a month to play with good friends and to get all the achievements that involves raiding and lore content and now I am not doing either those being in this guild.
-Forgotten/Hellbound - Officer/Raid Leader - Nothing really special this was a friends guild that just needed help downing Lich King before Cata came out, and since my previous guild before this one was done raiding for the expansion I decided to go to his guild and lead 6 bad players and 4 good ones from wiping on Normal Sindi. to downing heroic Sindi and getting them 2 achievements away from their drakes. The GM decided to quit WoW probably cause of his wife. And ya I really didnt want to struggle with this guild just to see some normal progression so I left and app. to simplicity.
-Grind - Core Raider - A bunch of old Uld and Naxx raiders were in this guild and so I realm xfered back to my oringal realm and joined Grind. Pretty much just helped them down hallion get them their 25man drakes. After that they decided to stop progress and never really attempt heroic Lich King and since all my old raiders quit by then I went to help out my friends guild.
-Thunderstruck - Core Raider - This guild is where I got all my ICC progression or any of the important ones. I got my 10man and 25man drakes here, We got to heroic Lich King 25man around the 15% buff coming out. I left this guild cause I heard all my old raiders were in Grind really needed a holy paladin and I wanted to raid with old friends ontop of that Thunderstruck's progression came to halt and they never did down heroic Lich King even having almost a whole year to work on him.

- Which major and prime glyphs do you currently use? Explain your choices For my 31/3/7 Spec I use
-Divine Favor- I really like to fall back on this if I am trying to reserve and regen mana. So unless the fight request that I use this during an intense moment like Fueds on Chim. I will be popping this around 50% mana, the increase duration of Divine Favor allows me to rely on my Holy Light longer. The increase crit from DF betters my chances for Daybreak Procs which will give me Holy Power quicker allowing me to Light of the Dawn or Word Of Glory more often and Daybreak procs better my chances of proccing Infusion of Light more often for my Holy Light. So this whole minute I am able to maintain healing thus also regen mana since Holy Light and Holy Shock only cost bout 2k mana each.
- Seal of Insight- 5% increased healing. Well who wouldnt want 5% increase in what they do?
- Word of Glory - Even though my primary holy spec is more a raid healing setup, I like to stay well balanced so 10% increased healing for my WoG keeps me strong in all aspects of healing. Ontop of that, if you use WoG with this gylph during Guardian of Ancient Kings active and get a massive increase in not only single target healing but also in raid heals since GoAKs heals the 10 closest people to the person you just healed for 10%. So yes it does wonders.
-Divine Plea- Well with Paladins Mana regen being utter crap. Why wouldnt I get this? THis just allows me to keep Plea on CD or not on CD depending on how mana heavy the fight is.
-Light of the Dawn- Ya a 6th person getting healed for 15k - 18k huge bonus in my book.
-Divine Protection- O M G. This glyph has to be my favorite of all. I love this glyph. It pretty much makes the difference from having all my hp after one of Nef's Electrocute or having like 10% of it, and since in p3 of that fight I am normally healing the add tank its just one less person to worry about. It just a beautiful glyph, because having that active allows me to have the breathing room to Sac someone if needed to prevent death and not worry about killin myself.

My 33/5/3 Glyphs
-Holy Shock- Just increases my chance to get a Infusion of Light Proc. Really nice for tank healing
-Word Of GLory- Same as above really good for single target healing.
-Seal of Insight- Same as above
-Divine Plea- Same as above
-Divinity- This is for my emergency mana rations. Pretty great for when were at the last 10% of a boss's HP and I am ooming the tank is about to die. AND BOOM! tank is topped off and I got a good chunk of mana back to last me long enough for me to plea again. Also one of my favorite glyphs.
-Divine Protection- Same as above. It is a must.
- Do you have dualspec, and is your offspec something you could viably play in raids? Yes a second holy spec for focusing more on single target healing 33/5/3
- What spec do you prefer? Are you willing to respec if an emergency arises? Are you willing to respec to the optimal spec for a progression boss? As I have said earlier I LOVE HOLY. But if you need me to dps or to tank I can do those as well as long as you dont mind gearing me for it and also letting me master those roles. I have been healin all my WoW life. Its what I know and do best.
- How do you feel about sitting out for any given encounter if we do not need you? It will happen. Hey that is why I have Xbox Live.
- Are you willing to spend 400+ gold a night in repairs and consumables, stay focused and wipe for 4 hours straight, come back the next day and do it all over again until a new boss dies (even on "farm" content)? Add another zero to that and you have I spend in bout a week on gear repairs reforging enchants for things I will never do. As far the wiping for 4 hours straight just to do it again the next day. Well Hey its not fun unless your progressing and your progressing unless your spend at least one full night not downing anything new.

- What is your reason for applying? What makes us more appealing that any one of the thousands of other raiding guilds out there? For one your on Magtheridon, for 2 your a 25man guild, I have looked around and there arent that many 25man guilds around, and only 2 on Mag, and I am already in one out of the two....I am just looking for a fun guild, ( hear your guys are pretty funny) that can progress and can progress well and quickly. You guys seem to know what your after and doing great job in achieving your goals, very determined and committed almost as committed and determined as I am to bettering myself as a player. Your goals and my personal goals have alot in common I personally want to down all the raid content BEFORE Nerf patches, and Id prefer to be among the first people to down new content as well. What WWA and I have the most in common is it seems we will do whatever it takes to see our goals accomplished. But the 2 most important reasons for wanting to join are I miss my pointy ears (being horde) and your guild name would fit the ego I seem tend to get when I think I am being awesome. LOL
- Who, if anyone, will vouch for your abilities in WWA? Well, I dont know if you heard but our healing officer and a certain mage left our guild....to join another 25man guild on Magtheridon...maybe a certain priest and mage might be able to find something nice to say about me. Or maybe not I am not sure. =)

Alot of the addons you see in this screenshot I dont use anymore, I actually fallen back and use very little addons, just basics BigWigs RSA Omen Quartz etc. but my UI layout is still the same. raid frames and bars generally in the same spot I try to keep my screen clear to better my SA

Well I am going to be honest, I am not your naturally gifted god of a player. I work very very hard and do alot of homework on raids and on my class and spec to get to where I am now and to stay on top of my game the best I can. I believe what makes a good player isnt just how good that person can play but how much commitment they have put into playing the game. I feel what makes me a good player is just how much determination I have to bettering myself, and if determination was the deciding factor that made a person a good player, then I can assure you that there wouldnt be anybody better then me. From my experience it always been the little things that determine how well someone does at something. Not so much that little things never happen, but really on how the person reacts and adjust to something slipping or someone making a minor mistake, on top of that being able to handle and stay calm and in control when big unexpected things happen. Pretty much what I am trying to get at is this: What makes someone good at something is how well and fast they can adjust to something changing and still stay in control of their primary duties. That is something I definitely offer to your guild. I mean if I am willing to put almost 7 hours into this app, just imagine How much effort I put into work as a raider. (if you dont believe me look at the time I joined this website and look at the time I posted this app.)

Well the non tier shoulders are terrible because of the mastery and the gloves have only dropped once, And I did not win those. the haste helm I actually have in my bags ( I will log out with it on tonight to prove it) but I noticed that the tier helm actually has 30+ intel for gem bonus to where as the the haste helm has 30+ spirit gem bonus, I am not having any mana issues and there isnt enough haste on the helm to make a difference in my cast times, and I have always been kinda of an intel whore. Ontop of that I actually do like the two set on account it just ups my chances for Daybreak procs which i just love. I do plan on replacing the gloves though.

we currently (when they all log on) have 8 healers, but some of them arent paladins (who the fuck knows why). you would have chances to prove yourself if you still want to join/check this thread. i dont have the final say, but if you still want to transfer here for that chance i'll talk to the other officers.

Thank you for being patient with me, I ended up convincing my boss that I would be taking a night time job that needed me during the weekdays Sun. - Thurs they said they would work with me on that. In return I will be working Friday and Saturday nights, so I dont know what you guys do on those nights but I will not be able to help then. Here is the only issue, this up coming week is my training week so I am scheduled to work nights for majority of the week, after next week though I should have a steady schedule that wont interfere with raids. Now if you guys are not happy with that, or maybe you rather recruit one other holy paladins that have applied instead of me then all I have to say is thank you for taking the time to look into my application and good luck with your future progression.
