I am working full time and studying part time. I treat raiding seriously and arange my schedule to be able to raid. I am fully aware of your raiding times and I am applying because I can make the times.

- Are you able to handle harsh criticism? You can, and will, be subjected to harsh criticism and you will be called out when you do not perform. I have no problem with harsh criticism. In fact, when I screw up, I prefer to be called out instead of given a dead silence.

- Do your professions increase your performance in raids? Explain your choices. Yes, both profession gives me extra stats. BS gives me +100str and JC gives me 81str, however once I am fully epic gemmed, that will only be +51str.

-Is this your first main character? If not what did you used to play? When did you start playing WoW? Please provide detailed information about time spent on all your previous characters. Tell us as much as you can, the more the better. This is my first character. I started playing WoW in WOTLK.

-Main Spec: Arms (31/7/3)
For spine, though, I played fury for more damage on Tendons. The gear I used is basically the same as what I use for arms, except I used 2xH:Experimental Specimen Slicer and on use VP trinket. I also reforged out of expertise, since tendons don't have dodge/parry table. I was using high hit build. My damage was comparable to rogues and mages

Spirits of Power@Draenor - Guild went casual, which was not something I was interested in. Raided with them throughout the beginning of Cataclysm.
Click@Draenor - Guild stopped raiding, officers and GM left. Raided with them throughout end of BWD/BoT/ToTFW and Firelands.
No Chicks Allowed@Crushridge - my present guild, but no longer raids. Got into this guild at the end of Firelands.

Each guild I was in I had 100% attendance

- What end game raiding experience do you have? (This includes in vanilla WoW, TBC and WOTLK as well as Cata. be specific.) Be thorough. The more detail the better.

WOTLK:
Naxxramas 10/25 cleared
Ulduar 10/25 normal cleared with some hard modes, but really nothing too special.
TotGC 4/5HC 25man cleared, 5/5HC 10man cleared
ICC 12/12HC 10/25man cleared. Heroic Lich king was killed with 30% buff, though.

Cataclysm:
12/13HC 25man cleared, except for Ascendant Council.

Firelands:
6/7HC 25man pre-nerf cleared. H:Ragnaros was killed with No Chicks allowed, post nerf.

Dragon Soul:
7/8HC 25man pre-recent-nerf cleared.

After reforging to 781expertise rating and 961hit rating
Strength>Crit>Mastery>Haste

- Which major and prime glyphs do you currently use? Explain your choices

Major: Shield Wall(higher damage mitigation), Long Charge(+5 yards of charge), Colossus Smash( applies a sunder armor on target)
I do swap glyphs to Sweeping strikes(cost no rage) and thunder clap ( increased radius by 2 ) for aoe scenarios

Prime: Mortal strike(Increase damage by 10%), Overpower ( Increase damage by 10%), Slam(Increase critical strike by 5%). I do swap Slam to Bladestorm( reduced CD by 15 sec) for fights with AoE situations.

- Do you have dualspec, and is your offspec something you could viably play in raids?

I am very capable of playing prot. I have tanked almost every boss from the beginning of Cataclysm to the end of Firelands. Did not have a chance to tank DS bosses, as guild did not have a need for that.
My Prot gear is of an average item level of 386.

- What spec do you prefer? Are you willing to respec if an emergency arises? Are you willing to respec to the optimal spec for a progression boss?

I prefer arms, but I can play any spec, really. Whatever progression needs, I will play.

- How do you feel about sitting out for any given encounter if we do not need you? It will happen.

No problem at all.

- Are you willing to spend 400+ gold a night in repairs and consumables, stay focused and wipe for 4 hours straight, come back the next day and do it all over again until a new boss dies (even on "farm" content)?

Yes.

- What is your reason for applying? What makes us more appealing that any one of the thousands of other raiding guilds out there?

After raiding in NCA, I was looking for a guild with similar progression level. Your guild would be an upgrade, in fact. Another factor that determined my choice was raiding hours.

- Who, if anyone, will vouch for your abilities in WWA?

Probably no one.

I am a very competitive player. I strive to be the best amongst my class. I am never satisfied with my performance unless I rank at an orange number. If not, I will research how I can do better. I constancy browse through world of logs looking what other warriors are doing and how they are doing it. I read EJ actively and sometimes participate in their discussion threads.

Besides that I am an easy going person and not someone who would cause drama or show attitude over gear or over raid leader's decisions. I treat raid leader with respect and while I sometimes would disagree with RL decision in my mind, I follow directions anyways and do what needs to be done.

Thanks for taking the extra time to make your app. visually appealing. Everything looks good to me. Your damage seems solid and, at first glance, you don't appear to tunnel bosses or pad meters.

I do have one question though. What was your role on spine? It looks like you had two deaths on the 24th due to being attacked by multiple bloods. Were you assigned to kill bloods, or did you just happen to pull aggro on them?

Grimraven was among our top dps in No Chicks Allowed and has, in the past, pulled upwards of 51k+ on Heroic Ultraxion. He was a progression based raider who did not fail to boss mechanics.

I do have one question though. What was your role on spine? It looks like you had two deaths on the 24th due to being attacked by multiple bloods. Were you assigned to kill bloods, or did you just happen to pull aggro on them?

My role was to dps Amalgamations, help on bloods if needed, once amalgamation is low, then dps tendons. On preparation to roll, I had to dps Coruptions.

When wipe is called, I would try to kill myself by jumping off the platform. As I would move to jump off I would whirlwind to purposely pull aggro on bloods and sometimes they just kill me before I jump off the platform.

Other than that, I only recall 2 deaths to bloods that newly spawned and tank just didn't pick them up quick enough, while I was dpsing the tendon.

Yep, I was incorrect. I went over the logs once again and in this one I thought I died from blood, but it appears it was just a searing plasma.

So really it was just once, when I heroic leaped to the exposed tendon and newly spawned blood went on me due to heroic leap's aoe snap aggro before tank's DnD could pick blood up first, which I since then fixed by avoiding leaping in. Those other deaths that you see in logs are after wipe has been called.
