- Are you able to handle mature (or immature) content on Ventrilo and in guild chat? Yes I am able to. I like to have fun and I know when to have some and when to be serious.

I never talk during attempts and when people fuck up I talk to myself instead of pressing my vent button. Sometimes I say "tabarnak" though... but it's after the wipe.
- Are you presently employed or a student. Will it interfere with your ability to raid? Will you be able to attend 99% of our raids? Do you have any other Real Life obligations which might prevent you from attending 99% of our raids? Will you, in the near future, have any obligations that will make you unable to raid? I've been online for 100% of the raids, whatever happened, for about 3 years in my guild, working or not the day after... I work full time as an administrative assistant and I have no problems on being online until late at night, whatever day it is.
- Do you have any PC or disconnect issues we should know about? I have no issues at all.
- Are you able to handle harsh criticism? You can, and will, be subjected to harsh criticism and you will be called out when you do not perform. It's fine... What I've been wishing for is a leader that would call out people since 3 years ago, even if I'm the one in fault.

- Do your professions increase your performance in raids? Explain your choices: My professions do increase my performance since I have a tailoring proc that gives me a chance on 580 intellect for 15 seconds when casting a spec and enchanting which gives me +40 intellect on each ring that I wear.
- Total time played (/played) and Time played: 105 days, 15 hours, 15 minutes and 38 seconds. / Total time played at 85: 72 days, 17 hours, 41 minutes and 17 seconds.
-Is this your first main character? If not what did you used to play? When did you start playing WoW? Please provide detailed information about time spent on all your previous characters. Tell us as much as you can, the more the better. I've started to play a while ago, but back then, it was to play with my ex. I've played a lot in high school... I used to skip school back then. 3 years ago, I started being serious and wanting to progress.
-Main Spec: (3/35/3) (include a link from http://www.wowhead.com if it differs from the spec you presently have on armory). If you have a relevant offspec for raiding, tell us about that as well. I used the same specs as players from your guild and asked them for advice since I know we can always improve and get better. I use Cauterize, since it can keep me alive if ever I fuck up. An alive dps is always better than a dead one.

-What were the last 3 guilds you were in? What are the reasons for leaving your last and current guild? Tell us about your time in each and how active you were in each. I were in Valkyrie Krieger, on another server an in Aegis.
- What end game raiding experience do you have? (This includes in vanilla WoW, TBC and WOTLK as well as Cata. be specific.) Be thorough. The more detail the better. I decided to raid and I wanted to progress because I hate wiping for hours on something when I know I have the abilities to down it.
- Any special Achievements / Titles / Mounts you have earned in PvE you would like us to know about? I have plenty of achievements. I have too many to talk about them, which means I'm patient enough.
- Link to WWS / WMO logs of recent raid(s) you have attended. I cannot find any but I can provide the information on how much dps I do for every raid on a certain boss.

- Provide a Quick Summary of your "Valuable" Stats (Healing, Attack Power, etc.) as you understand them for your class. Intellect is my best stats since it provides me with more mana(increases the number of spells I can cast), spellpower(dammage of my spells) and crits(makes me proc more pyroblasts).
- Which major and prime glyphs do you currently use? Explain your choices I use glyph of fireball, since it's the spell I cast the most. Then I have glyph of molten armor, which gives me more crit, which gives me more pyroblasts. And finally, I use glyph of pyroblast, since it makes me do more dammage when I crit a pyroblast, which happens often.
- Do you have dualspec, and is your offspec something you could viably play in raids? I have a frost offspec to do some pvp but I wouldn't mind switching it to arcane if it could make me do more dammage on bosses.
- What spec do you prefer? Are you willing to respec if an emergency arises? Are you willing to respec to the optimal spec for a progression boss? I prefer fire since it's not limited to three buttons, but I don't mind being lazy and play three buttons if it makes me do more dps, like I said above.
- How do you feel about sitting out for any given encounter if we do not need you? It will happen. I don't care, I'll use the free time to wash the dishes or cook... this is where I belong after all!
- Are you willing to spend 400+ gold a night in repairs and consumables, stay focused and wipe for 4 hours straight, come back the next day and do it all over again until a new boss dies (even on "farm" content)? Of course I want to do that! And like I also said above, I can farm for feasts! smile.gif

- What is your reason for applying? What makes us more appealing that any one of the thousands of other raiding guilds out there? You guys are AWESOME and you down content, which I wanna down too before they are nerfed!
- Who, if anyone, will vouch for your abilities in WWA? Clearly! <3 and maybe Idiotbox
- Post a screenshot of your UI.(If you are having trouble, use the free image hosting resources of http://imgur.com) I use Combustion Helper, which helps me using Combustion on the right time to do more dammage, and recount to tell me how much dps I do. I like to know if I top the charts but I know I always have room to improve.

Also I don't understand your binds. Why don't you use Q E R T Z X C V F R T G B instead of the late F keys, or maybe use shift ctrl or alt.
