Yes, they both give extra stats that I can choose. If I ever need to go prot both professions benefit mastery which is better than a primary stat.

This is the first main character I had. I leveled in vanilla and didn't start raiding competitively until cata.

I also have a prot offspec that I have no problem using. It's mostly normal firelands gear with a few heroic pieces.

I created <Cookie Crusaders> because I was trying to make a raiding guild on Kirin Tor, the server I played on for 5 years. The members all left so I applied and transferred to <Very Respectful> on Terenas.
We started raiding late but still killed bosses competitively. This was the first competitive guild I was in. I had nearly perfect attendance and enjoyed raiding even more than before. We got to 10/13 and half the guild stopped wanting to raid. The guild broke up and I joined <Valence> on Altar of Storms.
Valence was ranked 20th for 10m progress in T11 when the tier ended, but they are not as good as I thought they were, nor are they dedicated to progression as much as I thought. I have missed 2 days of raiding the whole time I was here. I helped them get their 13/13 and my 12/13 T11. We're 7/7H in Firelands and I have been constantly outperforming the other DPS. I'm looking for a more competitive guild.

Precata I have nothing impressive to show. I've killed most of the bosses, but none at a relevant time. During cata I have 13/13 H experience (Though I didn't kill Sinestra until recently because my guild thought it was too difficult to do more than once) and 7/7 H Firelands.

- Provide a Quick Summary of your "Valuable" Stats (Healing, Attack Power, etc.) as you understand them for your class.
Strength>hit(8%)>expertise(26/26)>crit>hit>mastery>haste. I'm not sure what else you want here.
Strength is good because all of our abilities scale with it.
Hit to 8% so we don't miss specials.
Expertise to 26 so we don't get dodged.
Crit is amazing because it consistently provides flurry, so more crit also means more haste.
Hit past 8% means more auto attack hits which means more rage and chances at flurry and such.
Mastery increases damage, though not as much as strength.
Haste isn't that good because we can put points in crit to get haste and crit.

- Which major and prime glyphs do you currently use? Explain your choices
Primes are slam, bloodthirst, and raging blow. The only ones that increase my damage
Majors are Death Wish, Cleave, and Victory rush unless I need something else (If I need to sunder for example).

- Do you have dualspec, and is your offspec something you could viably play in raids?
Prot is my offspec, I can use it in raids. It's a little undergeared atm I suppose.

- What spec do you prefer? Are you willing to respec if an emergency arises? Are you willing to respec to the optimal spec for a progression boss?
I prefer fury over arms, but I have no preference to fury or prot. I will absolutely respec for progression bosses.

- How do you feel about sitting out for any given encounter if we do not need you? It will happen.
It sucks, but someone has to sit.

- Are you willing to spend 400+ gold a night in repairs and consumables, stay focused and wipe for 4 hours straight, come back the next day and do it all over again until a new boss dies (even on "farm" content)?
Wouldn't be applying if I wasn't.

- What is your reason for applying? What makes us more appealing that any one of the thousands of other raiding guilds out there?

I've never experienced burnout. I'm always willing to raid, no matter what boss or how many times we've done it or attempted it. I'm one of the people who doesn't believe in RNG. If someone dies it's because someone fucked up. I do what I can to make sure I'm not the one that fucks up and I expect others to do the same.

So I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume you asked mr robot how I should reforge. He says to remove the reforge on my belt and rings and re-reforge my first ring from haste into crit

Currently I have:
Belt: -53 hit +53 exp
Ring1: -68 exp +68 crit
Ring2: -44 hit +44 exp
Which totals to:
-24 exp +68 crit
-83 haste +39 hit


Mr robot wants me to change my stats as such:
-53 exp +53 hit
-68 crit +68 exp
-44 exp +44 hit
-49 haste +49 crit
Which totals to

-19 crit +97 hit
-49 haste
-29 exp
difference from my current stats

That'd be cool, but I would go below 26 expertise (As shown with current reforging). And then attacks start getting dodged.

As to being a tauren, I consider it a style choice.

I have no problem transferring, but I'd rather not race change. If it becomes obvious that I can't be competitive as a tauren I'll switch.
