Hi Ashna, sorry for the delay.
After combing through your app, I didn't see any issues in your gear and reforging/gemming choices besides a few minor things. Your raiding history looks pretty solid as well. However, I did take some concern with some of your responses about taking criticism as others have already pointed out. I went and spoke to your current GM, he said very good things about your playing skills and reliability but he mentioned you were pretty thin skinned and gave me some very specific examples. Normally this wouldn't be much of an issue but I really don't think you know what you would be getting into in this guild. The raiders here are very outspoken, and they have no issues speaking their mind when someone fucks up which we here think is great but I think it would break you in half. If you did get a spot here it would pretty much be a full time MT position along with me because Killmour is planning (I believe) to play Ret for tomorrows patch and all the new content and being a tank we get even more harsh criticism than the rest of them. I really don't think you would last a week here based on what I have heard. I'm just being honest and I am trying to either turn you away and save you a few bucks or to start preparing you for the onslaught you can and probably will see. |

I don't have issues with performance based criticism or yelling. I'm always striving to be better. I just want to know if you guys log on each day to have fun. Do you guys enjoy playing with each other? It's really hard to judge a group of people based on text so I'm unsure atm. Talking to me you'll get a feel for my personality, and whether I'm a good fit for the guild.
